SPECIFICATIONS

Powerful
Power is provided by an electric vacuum motor. The vacuum motor is on the filtered side of the air stream, removing grit and contaminants from the air passing through the vacuum producer, providing longer motor life. The motor is available in 115 or 230 volt . (Add -115 or -230 to Sa-2 model designation to determine desired voltage when ordering).

Filter
An easy-to-maintain, inexpensive-to-purchase, automobile-type, double air filtration system filters flux recovery air. Wing nut positioning holds the filter in place. A filter change requires only minutes of non-operation.

Motor Control
The electric motor can be turned on or off using the included toggle switch on the motor cover. Alternately, users can wire the power cable into an appropriate control system to automatically control the the recovery unit with the weld cycle.

Direct Recycling
The Kentex Flux Recovery unit directly recycles into the flux hopper. A metal filter screen traps fused particles, retarding hopper valve clogging.

Flux Capacity
The flux hopper, in conjunction with the flux recovery unit, determines total flux capacity. The Kentex flux recovery unit, combined with a Lincoln or Miller flux hopper, will hold up to 50 pounds of flux.

Recovery Hose
A 5 ft. heavy duty recovery hose is included, along with a steel pickup end, which can be shaped as desired for the most effective flux recovery.

Wear Parts
Welding flux is extremely abrasive and tends to promote wear at turns in the system. The Kentex Flux Recovery System is designed so that wear parts are replaced without welding or system modifications. Wear parts are obtainable at most local hardware suppliers.

Hopper Mounting
The Kentex Flux Recovery System mounts on a Lincoln or Miller flux hopper with four included self-drilling screws.

Adding Flux
The Kentex Flux Recovery System design allows adding flux at any time during the welding process. The flux hopper capacity will not limit weld length.
